Can I buy individual figures from your range? Sorry but that is not really possible we bag all figures in packs of 8 infantry, 4 cavalry or one cannon with crew. If I have the odd one sitting around un-bagged then we could make it a one off. But no guarantees of availability. Are all your infantry packs in single poses? No. All infantry packs have three or four variations of pose and are mixed randomly for that irregular look. Why do you sell artillery in packs? The idea of using artillery battery packs is simple, it makes sense for us to sell it the way wargamers use it. 1 cannon with a choice of medium or heavy barrels, and the appropriate crews seems the best way to group it for all concerned. I am an overseas customer and would like to know what the ordering process entails? Once you have made your selections from the catalogue and paid through Paypal we will notify you that your order has been received. We will pack your requirements and ship to you within 48 hours. As we send all overseas orders through insured air mail we will also mail you tracking numbers and estimate arrival date based on information from the postal service. I am a UK customer and would like to pay by cheque. What do I do? Please print off an order form. Fill in the appropriate boxes and post it back to us enclosing a cheque made out to The One Tree Miniatures. We will email you on receipt of your order and post out your order within seven days of lodging your payment. I would like to order some miniatures but would like to use your in house painting service what do I do? Please mail us and discuss what your requirements are, please don't pay in advance for your miniatures. We will give you a start and completion date and then if you are happy with everything we will forward you a payment request through Paypal. Will you be taking on distributors outside the U.K? At this stage no. Using Paypal as our main method of payment allows us to give a better and more comprehensive service. It gives the customer added security too.
